Recommend it for travelers seeking comfort and location

I enjoyed the warm atmosphere with fresh coffee in the mornings and the staff was super accommodating even making breakfast for me when I had an early departure. The room was clean tidy and very warm despite the cold weather outside.

It wasn’t budget-friendly but still acceptable for the quality.

I enjoyed my stay at Locanda Ca' Lucrezia due to its excellent location near the Santa Lucia train station and the warm hospitality of the friendly staff. The room was spacious, clean, and provided a lovely atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring Venice.

No elevator and many stairs.

i thought this would be a charming stay, but the check-in was a disaster, leaving me standing alone for 30 minutes. how quaint! as if that's not enough, the shower was a slippery death trap, and the staff seemed indifferent to my partner's injury. nearly thought about giving a glowing review, but just couldn’t with these issues.

Clean room with great breakfast options. However, be prepared for many stairs without an elevator.

The great location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the room was both clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection including fruit, pastries, and yogurt, making mornings delightful. Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. However, the absence of an elevator made carrying luggage up the stairs a bit challenging, and the shower felt cramped for comfort. Overall, a lovely stay but keep the stair climbing in mind when packing!

The complimentary water filter in the hallway was a great touch, allowing us to stay hydrated during our stay.

the location is very convenient, just steps from the train station. the stair climbing can be tiring.

But oh dear, those stairs! My legs are singing a sad song now, and I could've used a hike for cardio, not for reaching my room!

the staff were super friendly and the breakfast had a huge variety, making it a perfect start to my days exploring venice. You're just a few steps from the vibrant trattorias and the beautiful canal grande for lovely walks.

The room was clean and cozy, but the air con didn't work properly, making it hot.

locanda ca' lucrezia had a fantastic breakfast with both sweet and savory options. it’s conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to get around. the staff were incredibly kind and even left us a thoughtful gift for new year’s eve, which was a lovely surprise during our stay.
